Hi, I notice your bottle has a new look. I just bought one recently, however, unable to open it as I see an additional part (looks like a stopper). It would be good if you can provide clear instructions on how to open it.

Yes, our Ceramide Moisturiser (Rapid Itch Relief) 350ml has recently changed the packaging. To open the new bottle, you can simply align stopper flap to back of the pump and pull outwards to remove the stopper. We have also dropped you an email on how to open the bottle. I was first introduced to this product and the end result incredible effective and no more itchiness and recovery took about 2 weeks ( size 4x8mm) .
This is steroiid free but yet extremely effective for relieving itch. It is light on the skin and does not look oily when applied. There is a cool feeling that plays a great part it making me relax. It slides so that I can massage at the same time. When applied with another product., it blends well and doesn’t flake off. This is a life saver.
I bought this for my grandma who has eczema on many parts of her body. It worked very well for her, as it relieves the itchiness and at the same time, keeps her skin moisturised.
Product is good. Reliefs itching. Could have given 5 Stars if not for the poor packaging. I think should be in squeeze tube form because due to the viscosity of the product. About 20% of the product stays at the side of the bottle. Had to cut it open to access.
