What are the delivery options and how much is the shipping?

We currently offer the below delivery options islandwide within Singapore:

Express Delivery $15 for orders $199.99 and below

Free for orders $200 and above

Orders placed before 11am:
Next working day

Orders placed after 11am:

Apart from Singapore, we currently offer the below delivery options to Brunei, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

How can i track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email once your payment has been completed. Our team will then prepare and pack your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive another email containing your tracking link.

Can i change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us here or email us at info@suubalm.com as soon as possible. 

If your order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to update your delivery address.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?

If you have received incorrect/faulty product(s) or missing item(s) in your order, please contact us here or email us at info@suubalm.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include the below information: 
  1. Order number
  2. Contact Number
  3. Photos of what you have received
We will verify the details and provide instruction accordingly. 

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item(s), subject to the following terms and conditions: 
  1. Return request must be made within 14 days upon receiving the order
  2. Return are strictly for orders made via suubalm.com only
  3. Product must be unopened, unused and in their original purchase condition
  4. All gifts, including sample sachets, must be returned in original purchase condition
  5. Item purchased as bundle must be returned as a whole bundle
  6. Customer will pay for the return shipping fee, via trackable courier. 
  7. A full refund of the product cost will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  8. Good Pharma Dermatology will inspect the product(s) before processing the refund
